How much does it cost to watch Premium TV?
The monthly subscription is $8.99US. You can also subscribe annually for $59.99. Weekly Passes are $4.99. A One Day Pass is $2.99.
How much does it cost to watch Pay-Per-View TV?
The price to watch Pay-Per-View programs is $1.99 per viewing. Free Pay-Per-View is included in all monthly and annual Premium TV subscriptions at no additional cost.
How can I pay for Premium TV or Pay-Per-View?
Visa, Mastercard or PayPal.
How much does it cost to watch Free TV?
Take a guess.
What else is free on OasisTV.com?
Everything, including the audio podcasts and live network feed.
What if I lose my User Name and/or Password?
Click on the link Forgot Your Password? on the log-in page. Your User Name and Password will be emailed to you within minutes.
How many times can I watch a program?
Unlimited times for Premium TV subscribers and passholders. One time for each Pay-Per-View purchase.
I only have a dial-up modem. Can I watch the programs without a broadband connection?
No. All Oasis TV programs are optimized for broadband.
How can I request specific program or more of a certain type of program?
Send an email to Programming@OasisTV.com. We cannot guarantee to accommodate every request, but we will try!
How often do you repeat programs?
All Oasis TV programs return within 6-8 months of its initial showing and, based on popularity, many programs return at least once every year thereafter.
Can I watch Oasis TV on a Mac?
Yes, so long as you have an active subscription or pass, broadband connection and the latest version of the Flash player.
Can I watch Oasis TV on television?
Yes, as of January 2010, Oasis TV is available on demand satellite TV and in over 50 cities throughout the United States and Canada on cable and FiOS. For a list of cities, satellite channels, cable and FiOS systems, please contact us.
Can I watch OasisTV.com programs on my television screen?
Yes, if you can connect your computer to a digital TV or monitor using an HDMI cable.
Can I download programs to view later or burn to a DVD?
No, our licensing only permits streaming video at this time.
Can I purchase DVDs of Oasis TV programs?
Yes, more and more Oasis TV programs on DVD can be purchased at ShopOasisTV.com.
Can I watch a program that is no longer showing?
Oasis TV does not maintain an online archive, however most programs return within 6-9 months of its initial showing and, based on popularity, many programs return at least once every year thereafter.
If I have a billing question, whom do I contact?
You must contact PayPal directly. Log onto your PayPal account online or call them 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM EST every day toll-free at: 1-888-221-1161. If for any reason they cannot help you, call Oasis TV Customer Service and we will try to assist you. Can I get a refund for the unused portion of my subscription after I cancel?
Sorry, we cannot refund any unused portion of your Premium TV subscription or pass in the event you cancel. However, we suggest you do so on the last day of your then-current billing cycle. That way, you can continue watching OasisTV programming for the maximum number of days of your billing cycle. See Terms of Use.
